Assembler Quote Submission Checklist

Before submitting your quote, please confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the following requirements.
This checklist ensures every Flat Pack Perth customer receives a safe, reliable, and professional service.

✅ Pre-Quote Verification

Please ensure the following before submitting your quote:

  1. You hold a current ABN and operate as an independent contractor.

  2. You have current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $10 million.

  3. You have a current National Police Clearance and, where required, a Working With Children Check.

  4. You hold valid Photo ID that can be presented on request.

  5. You have the tools and transport required to safely complete the assembly task.

⚙️ Job Readiness Confirmation

Before submitting your quote, please confirm you have:

  1. Carefully reviewed the job description and photos provided by the customer.

  2. Assessed whether the job can be safely completed within your capability, equipment, and time frame.

  3. Included any applicable call-out or travel allowance in your quoted price.

  4. Agreed to communicate promptly with the customer regarding access, arrival times, and job updates.

  5. Agreed that Flat Pack Perth facilitates coordination only, and you are responsible for your own workmanship, safety, and conduct.

🧱 Safety & Anchoring

Flat Pack Perth strongly supports product safety and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
If the job includes tall, heavy or other furniture recommended by manufacturer, you must:

  • Secure these units to the wall as per safety instructions; and as requested in the job details.

  • Flat Pack Perth has already provided a safety video & disclaimer to the customer, regarding the dangers of not anchoring items, and received acknowledgment in reply prior to posting Job on noticeboard.
