Professional Standards

Each assembler engaged through Flat Pack Perth has been independently verified to ensure they meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a current ABN and operate as an independent contractor

• Maintain Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10M)

• Hold a current Police Clearance

• Have proven experience in furniture assembly across various brands and product categories

This allows us to offer customers a wider, more adaptable workforce — ensuring that each job is matched to the most suitable professional for the task.

Our Role

• Flat Pack Perth does not perform assembly work directly, nor do we supervise or control how assemblers carry out their work.

• Each assembler is fully responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of their own work.

• Communication regarding scheduling, access, or job-specific details may occur directly between you and the assigned assembler once the job is approved.

• Flat Pack Perth facilitates job coordination, quote management, and secure payment between both parties to ensure transparency and reliability.

• Our coordination fee is included in the total quoted price — there are no hidden or additional costs beyond what you approve.

• Acceptance of a quote constitutes your acknowledgement & agreement to these terms.
