We coordinate the entire process — from initial request to job completion — to ensure a smooth, transparent, and dependable experience every time.

Professional Standards

Every assembler referred through Flat Pack Perth has been independently verified to ensure they meet our minimum professional requirements:

• Hold a current ABN and operate as an independent contractor

• Maintain Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10M)

• Hold a current Police Clearance

• Have proven experience assembling products across a wide range of brands and categories

This approach allows us to offer a broader, more adaptable workforce — ensuring every job is matched with the most suitable professional for the task.

Our Role

Flat Pack Perth does not perform assembly work directly.
Each assembler is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of their own work.
We coordinate communication, quote management, and secure payment between customers and assemblers to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Once a job is approved, communication about scheduling, access, or specific requirements may occur directly between you and your assigned assembler.

Our coordination fee is included in the total quoted amount — there are no hidden or additional costs beyond what you approve.

Safety Advisory

Some furniture items may require wall anchoring for safety reasons.
Customers will receive specific information and an optional wall anchoring acknowledgment form as part of the confirmation process.
