    We oversee the whole process to make sure everything runs smoothly.

2. Do you do the assembly yourselves or use other installers?

We are a marketplace of professional assemblers.
That means we connect you with experienced, verified installers who specialise in flat pack assembly and furniture installation. Every assembler in our network is vetted for skill, reliability and professionalism.

3. How do you verify your assemblers?

All assemblers must meet strict criteria:

✅ Quality and reliability checks
✅ Police clearance or background check
✅ Public liability insurance
✅ Agreed to our service standards
✅ Customer rating performance is monitored

4. Can I choose my assembler?

Yes! Once you receive a quote (or quotes), you decide who you want to work with.
You can choose based on:

5. How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the job size, complexity, location and access.
You’ll always receive a clear, upfront quote before you commit.
No surprises. No hidden costs.

6. Do you charge a service fee?

Yes, we include a small platform/service fee in the quote.
This covers:

  • Matching you with the right professional

  • Quality control

  • Customer support

  • Payment protection and security

The fee is already built into the total quote, so what you see is what you pay.

7. Who do I pay — you or the assembler?

You pay us, not the assembler.
Why?

8. Are you and your assemblers insured?

Yes.
All assemblers must hold current public liability insurance.
We also require them to follow safe work practices at all times.

9. What if something gets damaged?

If something isn’t right, we step in immediately.
We mediate with the assembler and ensure the issue is resolved.
You’re not left chasing tradies — we handle it for you.

10. How soon can I get someone?

Often same day or next day, depending on availability and location.
We’ll always show you the earliest possible options.

11. Do I need to be home during the job?

In most cases, yes — especially for access and walk-through.
However, if agreed in advance with the assembler, someone else can be present.

12. Do you remove packaging and rubbish?

Yes! Most assemblers can remove rubbish on request.
Just let us know upfront so it can be included in the quote.

13. Do you assemble furniture from IKEA, Amart, Officeworks, Bunnings, Temple & Webster, etc.?

Absolutely. We work with all major retail and flat pack brands, including:
IKEA, Amart, Fantastic Furniture, Harvey Norman, Freedom, Temple & Webster, Officeworks, Bunnings, Kmart, Target, eBay, Amazon… and more.

If it comes in a box — we can build it.

14. Do you also do installation and wall mounting?

Yes.
We assemble AND install items such as:

  • TV wall mounting

  • Storage units

  • Floating shelves

  • Wall cabinets

  • Office setups

Our pros know how to mount safely to plaster, brick, stud or concrete.

Just let us know if you want any furniture secured, so that it can be included in the quote.

15. What areas do you service?

We currently service Perth and surrounding suburbs, and we’re expanding as our network grows.
Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask — we usually can.

16. Can you handle multiple items or full house/office fit-outs?

Yes. We specialise in both small jobs and large projects.
Whether it’s one bedside table or 50 workstations — we’ll take care of it.

17. Do you work weekends or after hours?

Yes, many of our assemblers offer weekend and evening appointments to suit your schedule.
We’ll show you the availability when you book.

18. What if I already bought the furniture and I’m stuck?

No problem. Just send us the details — we’ll take over from there and finish the job right.

19. Can you pick up the furniture from the store for me?

Some assemblers offer pickup and delivery as an add-on.
Let us know when you submit your request and we’ll include it in the quote if available.

20. What if my flat pack has missing or damaged parts?

We’ll let you know immediately and, if possible, help coordinate replacements with the retailer.
Your assembler will complete everything else in the meantime.

21. Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. All work is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If something isn’t right — we fix it.
