✅ You have Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10M cover) & Workers Compensation Insurance if engaging personnel on site.

✅ You agree that Flat Pack Perth applies a 30% service fee to the quoted amount
✅ You agree to comply with the Safety & Conduct Guidelines below

• Respect property and maintain professional conduct
• Only qualified personnel to attend the site
• Notify Flat Pack Perth immediately of delays or issues
• Complete all work to manufacturer specifications and safety recommendations
